When asked what her favorite animal was she didn’t answer “dog” or “bunny” like most people; Gretchen’s favorite animal is the penguin. Unfortunately that is about the only animal she’s never owned, following a list including cats, hamsters, geckos, toads, hermit crabs and salamanders. Mom to human kids, two yellow labs, Nala and Cody, and occasionally “mom-ing” her fellow employees, she is always ready for whatever gets thrown at her that day. Gretchen comes to work happy and goes home without her water bottle… every day.
